We will help you with your nutrition without boring and strict diets
This is our signature high intensity low impact class in which we ride to the rhythm of the music. For 45 minutes, with a warm up and a cool down, we do sprints, climbs and endurance training while having lots of fun.
NOTE: We don't have a "magic pill". If you are looking for a quick fix, this challenge is not for you

Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning sessions (7.00am) and evening sessions (18.30). Possible other hours if there is enough demands!
Once you complete your payment and complete your induction day, you will be able to start the following Monday.
No, This challenge is for all fitness level. We will work with you to adapt the sessions to your level of fitness
Our sessions are 45 minutes. Simple yet effective.
You’ll have the opportunity to continue your newfound momentum and motivation and become a fully-fledged member of 5ways Transformation Gym joining either in our Small Group PT sessions or Semi-Private PT session. We’re always happy to see our community go from strength to strength (quite literally!). And would love you to join us.
